Lost your key?

Enter the email address you bought Argus with and we will send a replacement.

This replaces your old key. We store keys in a form we cannot read back — not even for you — so there is no copy to re-send. A new key is issued instead, and the old one stops working straight away.

What this does not affect

The Macs you already set up. They keep working, and you do not need to activate them again. Use the new key only when setting up a new Mac.
What you paid for. Same licence, same expiry, same number of Macs. This changes the key, nothing else.

Moving to a new Mac?

You do not need a new key. Open Argus on the old Mac and click Deactivate this Mac — that frees the seat, and your existing key will then activate the new one.
